How to Customize Colors?
Below is a simple guide to help you change colors in the Mayosis theme. It has two main parts:
- Theme-Wide Colors (in the Theme Options)
- Page Colors (using Elementor)
1. Theme-Wide Colors in Mayosis
- Open Theme Options
- Go to your WordPress dashboard.
- Click on Mayosis, then choose Theme Options.
- Select Global Styles.
- Pick Your Colors
- You will see different fields like:
- Primary Color
- Secondary Color
- Accent Color
- Body Text Color
- Heading Text Color
- Link Color
- Link Hover Color
- Button Background Color
- Button Hover Color
- Button Text Color
- Footer Background Color
- Footer Text Color
- Click on the color pickers or enter a color code (like #ff0000).
- You will see different fields like:
- Save Your Changes
- When you finish picking colors, click Save Changes.
- Check your site to see how it looks. Go back to adjust if needed.
- Edit a Page
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to Pages.
- Find the page you want to change and click Edit with Elementor.
- Choose an Element
- Click on the part of the page you want to style (like a heading or a button).
- In the left panel, click Style.
- Select a Color
- Look for Text Color, Background Color, or Border Color.
- Choose your color, or enter a code (for example, #123456).
- You can also use Global Colors so that changes update everywhere at once.
- Save and Preview
- Click Update in Elementor.
- View your page to make sure you like the changes.
- Use the Primary Color and Accent Color for your main brand look.
- If you use Global Colors in Elementor, you can change them in one place to update your whole site.
- Always save and check your pages after making changes.
- Open Theme Options
