Managing Popular Search Data in the Admin Panel
The Popular Search feature can be managed directly from the Mayosis admin menu. Follow the steps below to view, configure, and manage popular search data on your site.
Accessing the Admin Panel
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Navigate to the Mayosis menu.
- Click on Searched Data to access the Popular Search settings and logs.
Managing Search Data
- View Search Keywords: The table displays a list of all recorded search keywords along with the number of times each keyword has been searched.
- Delete Keywords:
- Find the keyword you want to remove.
- Click the "Delete" link next to it to remove it from the search data.
- Search for keywords:
- Use the search box at the top of the page to filter the list of keywords by entering a specific term.

Configuring Popular Search Settings
- Set popularity threshold:
- Locate the "Set Popular Search Threshold" field.
- Enter the minimum number of searches; a keyword must have to be marked as "popular."
- Click the Update button to save your changes.
- Real-Time Search Updates:
- The search data table dynamically updates to reflect the most recent search trends.
Displaying Popular Searches on the Frontend
To show popular searches to your users, you can use the Mayosis Search Keyword widget available in Elementor.
Steps to Add the Widget:
- Open the page or post you want to edit with Elementor.
- Search for the Mayosis Search Keyword Name in the Elementor panel.
- Drag and drop the widget into your desired section.
- Configure the settings to display the desired number of popular keywords based on your threshold settings.
This widget dynamically displays the most searched keywords, making it easy to highlight trending search terms on your site.
